All items are made to order, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Orders shipped within the USA are sent using First Class Mail and insured for their full value. For Priority, Express or international orders, please contact info@neunique.com.

Return Policy

Neunique will exchange or grant credit on items purchased within 30 days of a purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit confirmation from Neunique via email. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
